Maltacourt Launch Pet Travel Service

Maltacourt Limited is proud to announce they have entered into a new and exciting market offering Exclusive Pet Travel. High Tails; launched earlier this month, will act as a trading division of Maltacourt Ltd and was described as an exciting step for the business in a sector they felt really compliments their current proposition.

It’s a really exciting move for us and something we’ve been working towards for some time. It’s not unheard of for freight forwarders to move into pet relocation and we felt there were a number synergies to our current business ethos. Fantastic customer service, a personable, caring approach and a proven track record of working to the highest standards.

High Tails will work with pet owners around the world offering Exclusive Pet Travel, caring for your pets all the way, treating them like one of the family. It’s a venture that not only made sense based on the synergies within pet travel and freight forwarding. High Tails General Manager, Brendan Beech, goes onto to explain it was a decision founded on passion.

We’re pet lovers, that’s the bottom line. Everyone involved loves animals, understands pet owners, the majority being owners themselves. When we discussed it with the team there was an enthusiasm and passion there that made it a simple decision. We feel we’ve really captured that as well in the branding and in our service offering from start to finish.

High Tails will operate as a standalone business unit within Maltacourt Ltd., enjoying its own brand and identity, supported by the experience and knowhow of their existing team. ‘They Fly Happy. You Fly Happy’ is the slogan that accompanies the brand with a company promise that High Tails will treat your pet like one of the family. High Tails is already a member of IPATA with the team working to the highest industry standards. Maltacourt CEO, Matt Beech is looking forward to what the future holds.
